PT Albany Engineering Services successfully completed a comprehensive repair project for several Frame 6 Gas Turbine Components belonging to PT Kaltim Daya Mandiri (KDM). The project involved multiple critical components that were handled as one integrated maintenance package to support the reliability and continued operation of the customer’s gas turbine system. The repair activities were completed between February and June 2026 after a series of inspections, engineering evaluations, repair processes, and final quality verification.
Scope of the Project
This project covered several major Frame 6 gas turbine components, including:
- 1st Stage Nozzle
- 2nd Stage Nozzle
- Combustion Liner
- Flow Sleeve
Each component underwent Albany’s standard engineering workflow consisting of receiving inspection, condition assessment, engineering evaluation, repair execution, quality inspection, and final documentation before delivery.
